We are glad to welcome you on the webpage of the Corporate Law and Stock Market Committee.
Our members are of high professional level and have active social position, therefore we influence much development of corporate legislation of Ukraine, offering governing establishments modern decisions, given the best experience of countries with developed economy and situation on Ukrainian stock market.
One of the most important tasks of the Committee for the time being is to ensure comprehensive reforming of corporate law, main principles of which are listed in the same-name Concept.
