Currently, themedical and pharmaceuticals law needs quality reform and update. The rapid development of transplantology and insurance medicine, the adaptation of the pharmaceutical market to European standards, and the global pandemic encourage lawyers to respond quickly and productively to acute legal issues caused by the emergence of completely new relationships.
