The UBA Committees jointly with CGPA held an event «Discussion of the Draft Law on Further Harmonization of Company Law»

On December 18, 2024, an event was organized by the UBA Committee on Corporate Law and Stock Market jointly with the Corporate Governance Professional Association. The topic of the meeting was the discussion of the draft Law of Ukraine on further harmonization of company legislation, including the introduction of gender quotas.

The event brought together lawyers, business representatives, and corporate governance experts to analyze the key provisions of the draft law and their impact on the corporate environment of Ukraine.
