The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to IP UKRAINE NOW 2025, a leading conference dedicated to the transformation of Ukraine's intellectual property sector in the context of European integration. The event program is built around key changes taking place in connection with the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards, the updating of copyright regulations, and the protection of trademarks, inventions, and digital assets. The focus is on challenges for business, new opportunities for innovation, legal aspects of artificial intelligence use, and real-life cases of Ukrainian companies entering European markets. The conference brings together industry leaders to form a shared vision of the future of Ukraine's IP system in the context of its integration into the European legal space.
The event has become known as a unique platform for the exchange of experience and opinions among representatives of state bodies, judges, leading experts in the field of intellectual property, as well as heads of law firms, lawyers, patent attorneys, forensic experts, and scientists.
