The UBA Committee on Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law, together with the Research Center of Independent Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, invites you to take part in the event “Specifics of appointing economic examinations in criminal proceedings”, which will take place on 23 October 2025 in Kyiv. Online participation via Zoom will also be available.
Focus topics:
- Fraud
- Misappropriation, embezzlement, or taking possession of property through abuse of office
- Legalization (laundering) of assets obtained through criminal means
- Misuse of budget funds, budget expenditures, or granting of budget loans without established budgetary allocations or in excess thereof
- Tax evasion or avoidance of mandatory payments
- Abuse of power or official position
- Abuse of authority by an officer of a private legal entity, regardless of its organizational and legal form
- Official negligence
