The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the 10th anniversary Insolvency and Restructuring Law Forum — a professional platform in the field of bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and insolvency law, that brings together leading experts in the field of bankruptcy, arbitration managers, private enforcement agents, judges, lawyers, representatives of the public sector and the banking community, as well as representatives of the international expert community.
The event is supported by the EU Project “Pravo-Justice”.
Date: 17 October 2025.
Venue: Hilton Kyiv Hotel (Dallas Hall, 2nd floor), 30 T. Shevchenko Blvd., Kyiv / online (Zoom).
This year's Forum programme focuses on discussing current challenges, legislative changes and practical solutions in the field of insolvency law. Key topics include bankruptcy procedures, taking into account the latest changes to the legislation that came into force on 1 January 2025, mechanisms for collecting problem debts, current Supreme Court case law, criminal law risks in bankruptcy proceedings, and interaction between public and private institutions in this area.
Traditionally, the Forum will host an award ceremony for the best specialists and teams in the field of insolvency and restructuring law. The winners are determined by open online voting, in which all registered participants of the event can take part. Please note! During the Forum, the traditional awarding of the best individuals and teams in the field of bankruptcy and insolvency law ("Recognition of the Year — 2025" in the nominations of the best law firm, best insolvency receiver, best judge, additional category, to be announced at the Forum) will be held, which will be nominated and selected by you.

First, you nominate your candidate in each of the 3 nominations by filling out a card received at the registration desk. The completed card should be put into a special voting box located in the conference hall. Nominations will be open until 2:30 P.M. on the day of the Forum.
Then, via www.menti.com, you will choose your favorite among the candidates who received the most votes during the first stage. The electronic voting for the winners will take place at the end of the Forum's working sessions in the conference hall.

Security measures at Hilton Kyiv.
The Dallas Hall, where the main sessions of the Forum will be held, complies with the security rules of two walls and has no windows.
In the event of an air raid, we recommend that you take the stairs to the shelter zone located on the 1st floor of the hotel (level B1, underground parking).
The hotel security staff will be in the lobby area (1st floor) and will provide the necessary instructions on how to navigate to the equipped shelter.
The participants of the event are personally responsible for compliance with the requirements of responding to the warning system signal, preserving their own health and life.
