The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) invites applications for participation in a tender to procure interpretation and translation services (Ukrainian-English, English-Ukrainian) for 2025.

Deadline for submission of applications: December 23, 2024, inclusive.

Scope of Services

Interpretation:

• Simultaneous interpretation during legal-themed events, primarily conducted online (Zoom, with required settings provided by the UBA).
• Event duration: from 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Translation:

• Legal-themed materials.
• Delivery time: 5–7 working days (depending on the volume).

Note: You can apply either for both types of services (interpretation and translation) or for just one of them.

Application Requirements

1. Commercial Proposal (in free format), specifying:

   • Interpretation services:
     a) Cost per interpreter’s work;
     b) Conditions under which two interpreters are engaged;
     c) Cost for two interpreters;
     d) Availability of a partner interpreter (if applicable).
   • Translation services:
     a) Cost per word, page, or other applicable unit;
     b) Delivery timeframe and conditions affecting it.

2. Description of the Team (interpreters and translators) involved in service delivery.

3. Your Resume (or an informational summary about you).

4. Recommendations (optional) or a description of previous clients.

Note: Only individual entrepreneurs or legal entities are eligible to participate.
