Sayenko Kharenko, General Partner of the UBA, strengthens Cross-Practice Capabilities with Tatyana Slipachuk’s Promotion

Tatyana Slipachuk, one of Ukraine’s most recognised authorities in international arbitration and government relations, has rejoined SAYENKO KHARENKO as a partner. In her elevated role, she will lead the Government Relations practice while continuing to contribute to the International Arbitration team. Tatyana brings decades of partner experience in leading the growth of both practices within the firm, as well as managing one of the governmental institutions. Her return to partner position marks a strategic enhancement of SAYENKO KHARENKO’s ability to navigate complex arbitration proceedings and institutional decision-making processes.

Collaborating closely with fellow partners, Tatyana will focus on high-profile international disputes and the evolving landscape of government relations—particularly in light of Ukraine’s new lobbying legislation. Her leadership will ensure that clients remain compliant and effective in their advocacy efforts, while also reinforcing the firm’s multidisciplinary strength and strategic foresight. For clients dealing with cross-border disputes, sanctions-related challenges, or regulatory engagement in multiple jurisdictions, this  appointment creates a singular point of contact with profound expertise across both dimensions.

“Today’s legal environment demands multidimensional thinking,” said Volodymyr Sayenko, founding partner of SAYENKO KHARENKO. “Disputes increasingly intersect with regulatory frameworks. Effective advocacy requires mastery of diverse legal instruments and litigation strategy. Multi-jurisdictional matters call for innovative approaches and agile coordination. Tatyana’s unparalleled experience across both domains significantly enhances our ability to deliver efficient integrated solutions.”
