Indictment against Putin will be amended, Mark Ellis says in an interview with Hromadske Radio
Dr. Mark Ellis, Executive Director of the International Bar Association (IBA), during his visit to Ukraine at the end of August 2023, visited the Hromadske Radio studio and talked with host Andriy Kulykov.
The topic of their conversation were Russia's crimes in Ukraine, the punishment of those guilty of these crimes, the prosecution of Vladimir Putin and other issues.
