The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) together with the Leavitt Institute for International Development (TLI) invite you to join to English Speaking Club for lawyers.

Wartime showed us how is important to have excellent English speaking skills. That’s why we want to help Ukrainian lawyers to improve their knowledge. It is undeniable that the ability to speak and write clearly in English gives you an advantage among people who are competing with you. If you want to progress beyond a certain level as a lawyer, your English communication skills need to be high level. Learning legal terms is important for your career if you are studying law regardless of the country. The main reason behind this is the rise in globalization. Since a lot of people study from one country and apply their learned skills by moving to another country, it is important that you should be able to communicate well while interacting with others.

Format: online meetings with U.S. lawyers on pre-announced topics each Wednesday.
