Artur Martynenko appointed Deputy Chair of the UBA GR Committee
Artur Martynenko, a member of the Council of the GR Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Head of GR at BGV Group Management, has been appointed Deputy Chair of the UBA GR Committee. This decision was made by the UBA Board.
Mr. Martynenko has 15 years of legal practice experience, with expertise in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, investment projects, privatization, and real estate. He holds a law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
Since 2019, Artur Martynenko has been responsible for interactions and communications with government bodies, risk management in regulatory policy areas, and management of investment projects at BGV Group Management.
