UBA Successfully Completes Independent Audit

The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) has completed an independent audit of its activities and financial statements for 2024. The audit was carried out within the framework of a project aimed at strengthening the Association’s organizational capacity and enhancing the effectiveness of its institutional work. The project is part of the initiative “Strong Civil Society for a Strong Ukraine – a Driver of Reforms and Democracy”, implemented by ISAR Ednannia with funding from the Governments of Norway and Sweden.

The audit was conducted by the Private Enterprise “Audit Firm AUDIT-OPTIM”, registered in the Register of Auditors and Audit Firms and selected through a tender procedure announced on the platform home.ednannia.ua.

“The financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial position of the Association as of 31 December 2024 and its financial results for the year then ended, in accordance with the national accounting standards and the Law of Ukraine on Accounting and Financial Reporting,” – the Independent Auditor’s Report states.

The audit was performed in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing, confirming the independence and professional objectivity of the conclusions.

Conducting such an audit is an important step in enhancing transparency, accountability, and trust in the Association among its partners, donors, and members.

As a result of this audit, the UBA reaffirms its commitment to strengthening organizational capacity and maintaining the highest standards of institutional performance.
