Please join us for an online multistakeholder expert discussion aimed at promoting the fair and effective adjudication of war crimes cases in domestic Ukrainian courts.

Ukrainian and international experts engaged by the USAID Justice for All Activity will present key findings and recommendations to improve the legal framework, build the capacity of judges, and strengthen judicial administration related to adjudicating war crimes cases.

The discussion will cover issues regarding gaps in criminal laws, specialization of judges, judicial education, courts security, victim and witness protection, document management, as well as court public outreach and communications.
