The UBA Procedural Law Committee invites you to attend the event “Improving Procedural Legislation: Statute of Limitations” that will take place on July 4, 2025 in Kyiv.

On December 6, 2024, during the XII UBA Judicial Forum, the Concept for the Improvement of Judicial Procedures was officially presented. Following this, the UBA Procedural Law Committee initiated a series of expert discussions aimed at reviewing key provisions of the Concept and developing legislative proposals.
