The UBA Committee on Procedural Law invites you to take part in the event «Improvement of procedural rules on reimbursement of court costs», which will be held on March 7, 2025 in Kyiv.

At the XII UBA Judicial Forum (December 6, 2024), the Concept of Improving Court Procedures was presented.

The Board of the UBA Committee on Procedural Law has planned a series of events to discuss certain sections of the Concept and develop legislative proposals.
