The UBA Committee on Agrarian Law invites you to attend an event titled “Disputes Under Supply Contracts in the Agricultural Sector: Latest Trends and National Case Law”, which will take place on May 15, 2025, in Kyiv.

Topics for discussion include:

  • Recent court rulings on debt recovery under supply contracts;
  • Compensation for losses resulting from non-performance of supply agreements;
  • Force majeure as a ground for exemption from liability;
  • Supply of agricultural products after August 28, 2025, in light of the repeal of the Commercial Code of Ukraine.
