The UBA Committee on Criminal and Criminal Procedural Law, together with the Research Center of Independent Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, invites you to take part in the event on the topic:  “Specifics of Appointing Computer-Technical Examinations in Criminal Proceedings”, which will take place on 16 September 2025 in Kyiv. Online participation (via Zoom) will also be available.

Key focus areas:

• Unauthorized interference with the operation of information (automated), electronic communications, information and communication systems, and electronic communications networks
• Creation for the purpose of unlawful use, dissemination, or sale of malicious software or technical tools, as well as their dissemination or sale
• Unauthorized actions with information processed in computers, automated systems, or computer networks, or stored on data carriers, committed by a person entitled to access such information
• Violation of the rules for operating computers, automated systems, computer networks, or telecommunications networks, or of the procedures and rules for protecting information processed therein
