The International Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) invites you to a virtual coffee and discussion on the topic: “Contracts Without Borders | Legal Nuances of International Agreements”. Our Committee is a well‑known platform for networking among legal experts from around the world! We invite business representatives and lawyers to join us for an informal virtual coffee chat to discuss the challenges and share practical solutions for cross‑border legal issues.

In international business, a contract is more than just a piece of paper — it’s a risk‑management tool, a test of strategic thinking, and, if drafted carelessly, an invitation to a dispute.
