The Ukrainian Bar Association invites you to the II Family and Inheritance Law Forum.
The Association of Lawyers of Ukraine invites you to the III Family and Inheritance Law Forum — an event that brings together leading experts for an in-depth analysis of key challenges in the field. The Forum will focus on three thematic blocks: International Aspects of Family Law — from divorce and division of property abroad to prenuptial agreements with a foreign element and child protection; Child Rights Protection — modern custody models, mediation, prevention of domestic violence, and features of guardianship authorities' work during wartime; Business Protection — judicial practice regarding corporate rights, inheritance planning tools, and resolution of disputes with an international element.
