The course «Young Criminal Lawyer’s School» is over!

The UBA Committee on Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law has completed the course «Young Criminal Lawyer’s School», which has become an important stage in the preparation of young lawyers for professional activities in the field of criminal law.

The course included seven events that covered key aspects of criminal law practice. Participants had the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-life advocacy practice under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The speakers of the course were recognized criminal law practitioners: Sergiy Boiko, Stanislav Borys, Anastasiia Didenko, Sergiy Zhylich, Dmytro Nikiforov, Andrii Sliusar.

Each event was devoted to a narrow issue in the practice of law: support of interrogation, cancellation of property seizure, selection of preventive measures, specifics of defense in corruption cases, international cooperation, etc. The program has become a platform for sharing experience, reviewing real cases, and building professional relationships.

On December 18, the final event of the course «Young Criminal Lawyer’s School» took place. The course ended in an informal setting: the lawyers talked over a glass of wine and discussed their experience.

We thank all the participants and speakers for their activity and professionalism!
